An anger assessment is a professional evaluation of an individual’s thoughts, behaviours and feelings for purposes of determining whether such qualities may be pathological or disruptive to a person’s overall functioning.

AMRI’s 8-part anger management course covers various topics, allowing self-paced learning with readings and quizzes. Clients appreciate its simplicity and applicability for personal growth or mandated reasons. A mandatory counseling session follows chapter 4, fostering discussion on any challenges encountered during the course.
